We will refund or return bags if:

If you purchase a medium bag from our exclusive collection of handbags for women, we provide you with a random gift to make your purchase experience from our store memorable.
There will be no gift on small-size handbag purchases from our luxury handmade handbags for women collection. We will deliver your package in 5-7 working days – after we confirm your order.
